Our proposal includes safe temporary park for homeless vehicles and small houses/containers on congregation parking lots; local congregation support for the second Oakland Navigation Center; warming centers and other ideas.

Attending with be Oakland City Administrator Sabrina Landreth, Landon Williams of the San Francisco Foundation and Alameda County Supervisors Nate Miley and Wilma Chan. Also attending will be Oakland City Councilmembers Rebecca Kaplan, Noel Gallo and Abel Guillén.
